Cleaning of Leak Test Appratus

Purpose:To lay down operating procedure for the cleaning of Leak Test Apparatus.

Scope: This procedure is applicable for

Responsibility:   Production Chemist

                          To supervise the activity

Pre-operating Check: Check no packing material or residue of previous product should be there. 

Frequency:  For different product each time after use or at the end of the shift for the same 

product. Equipment used:   Leak test apparatus

Cleaning procedure:

1. Discard the water from the apparatus chamber

2. Clean the plate, lid etc with DM.WATER.

3. Mop the above with clean cloth then that no residue of product there.

4. Mop the desicator and m/c and also clean the place where the Equipment is kept and it’s 

surrounding area.
