Responsibility:    Production Chemist To supervise the activity

Pre-operating Check: Check no material or residue should be there.

Equipment used:   Tablet deduster

Wet cleaning procedure:

1.    Check the cleaning of deduster and surrounding area.

2.     Assemble the all parts of tablet deduster.

3.     Tie the dust outlet pipe with polythylene bag.

4.    Set the tablet deduster below the tablet outlet channel of compression.

5.    Plug the tablet deduster into suitable power supply point and switch on.

6.     After completion of tablet compression removed and destroyed dust powder collected in polythylene bag.
