Purpose: To lay down operating procedure of Air curtain.

Responsibility: Production Chemist

                         To supervise the activity

Frequency: Daily.

Procedure:

1.   Be sure to switch off the main power before cleaning the Air curtain

2.   Clean the Air curtain with dry and clean cloth.

3.   Dismantle air curtain and clean fan plates and side plates.

4.   Apply Vacuum for two to three minutes on the Air curtain to remove the all powder etc or any other residue form crevices of the Air curtain machine.

5.   Mop the body with clean and wet cloth. Also mop the surrounding area of the Air curtain. Allow it to dry.

6.   Assemble the air curtain.

7.   After ensuring the complete fitting, switch on the air curtain.
