Pre-operating Check: Check no packing material or residue of previous product should be there.

Equipment used: Carton Coding machine

Operating procedure:

1. Check the cleaning of carton coding machine and surrounding area of carton coding machine.

2. Received stereo from Packing supervisor

3. First set the stereo on the stereo drum.

4. Take first print outs and checks the overprinting clarity and printing details like.

5. Approve the overprinting details by Packing supervisor and Quality Assurance.

6. Attach the overprinting proof in the BMR

7. Start the overprinting and during overprinting check the printing clarity.

8. At the end of shift or after completion of overprinting clean the carton coding machine as per their standard cleaning procedure
