1.0 OBJECTIVE:
This written standard operating procedure outlines the proper method of cleaning of Pipe Line.
2.0 SCOPE:
This standard operating procedure is applicable for the proper cleaning of Pipe Line in the Oral Liquid Section at _______Pharmaceuticals.
3.0 RESPONSIBILITY:
3.1 Supervisor/ Machine Operator.
3.2 Production Pharmacist.
4.0 ACCOUNTABILITY:
4.1 Manager-Production department.
5.0 MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT:
5.1 Pipe lines.
6.0 PROCEDURE:
6.1 Before commencing the transfer of solution,transfer pump is cleaned with lint free cloth to remove the dust.
6.2 Purified water is then passed trough inline and outline.
6.3 After drying compressed air is passed trough inline and outline.
6.4 Transfer pipe is flushed with hot purified water.
6.5 After the flushing of purified water compressed air is passed through the pipe.
