This
procedure is applicable for cleaning of Quality Control Department.
2.0 SCOPE
|
This procedure lays down the general guide line for cleaning of all
Quality operations concerning areas.
3.0 RESPONSIBILITY

PROCEDURE
|
1. Cleaning of floors by vacuum cleaner in HPLC
room.
Frequency: Daily
2. Emptying
of waste bins.
Frequency: Daily
3. Moping of floor with 1% v/v dettol/1% v/v phenyl solution.
Frequency: Daily
4. Doors,
walls, draws and window glasses with clean duster.
Frequency: Daily
5. Floor
washing with machine & strong detergent solution.
Frequency: Weekly/as
per requirement
6. Disinfection of drains with 7 liter 1% v/v dettol/1% v/v
phenyl solution in each drain.
7. Frequency: Weekly
by using disinfection solution on alternate week.
Note: After doing his job the janitor should enter his work in QC/GN/FM/003
sheet which is verified by
designated officer/senior analyst.
