Test Information

• Acceptance Criteria: Not more than 1.0% for uncoated tablets
• Test Duration: 4 minutes at 25 RPM (100 rotations)
• Equipment: Roche Friabilator
• Sample Size: Usually 10 tablets or equivalent to 6.5g
• Procedure: Clean tablets → Weigh → Test → Remove dust → Weigh again
