  • Co-ordinates in planning and organizing the manufacturing process.
  • Departmental documents handling.
  • Documentation BMR (Batch manufacturing record) & ensures timely record of all in-process activities in BMR.
  • Documented process parameters (line clearance, temperature/RH, differential pressure monitoring, air changes, lux photometer record and cleaning).
  • Ensure compliance of raw materials in manufacturing process and all relevant operating and cleaning procedures.
  • Ensures conformance of manufacturing processes with organizational objectives and policies.
  • Ensures review of current SOPs and implementation of new SOPs.
  • Ensures that GMP rules are being implemented.
  • Ensures that the cleaning validation is conducted.
  • Ensures that there is discipline and good working culture among the staff.
  • Ensures the general cleanliness and hygienic conditions of the manufacturing areas.
  • Ensures the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products.
  • Followed detail instructions on batch record and compounding sterile preparations.
  • Fulfills the monthly and weekly production plans according to the schedule with the coordination of Production Incharge.
  • Generating of annual product review.
  • Implements Operational manuals, production plans and programs.
  • In process testing of packing material, packing Specs as per labeling law and its record.
  • Inspected material prior to production to ensure authenticity and quality.
  • Look After Raw material, Packing Material and Finish Goods store.
  • Mainly supervises duties of subordinates, operators and rest of workers.
  • Maintain all the daily and weekly cleaning logs.
  • Maintain all the equipment cleaning and utilization logs.
  • Maintain batch integrity and correct labeling of all in-process activities.
  • Maintenance of all the departments and Documentations ready all the time for all surprise and secluded inspections and ministry visits. 
  • Maintenance of temperature and Humidity record of Production Section.
  • Manage pharmacy operations, hiring or supervising staff, performing administrative duties.
  • Monitors drugs manufacturing activities in compliance with the requirements of cGMP.
  • Monitors drugs manufacturing activities in compliance with the requirements.
  • Monitors packing activities with compliance to cGMP.
  • Packing material stock assessment as per orders.
  • Performs internal audit, externel audits, self inspection etc,
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Production Executive.
  • Pilot scale trials of products under development.
  • Possesses proficiency in generating and reviewing deviations, change control, CAPA, work order and protocols.
  • Prepares all the documents related to the Production , Packaging of products
  • Preparing day to day activities and incorporating the completed activities and the planed Schedule for the review of the production manager.
  • Presenting the weekly progress reports to the Production Manager and Plant Manager.
  • Production SOPs implementation.
  • Receives Bulk & Intermediate products from other Production departments (LI, DPI, DPS,Tablets,Capsules)
  • Receives Packaging materials from the warehouse.
  • Receives Raw materials from the Dispensing area.
  • Responsible for  completed production orders within strict deadlines.
  • Responsible for Blistering and Packing.
  • Responsible for dispensing raw materials (API & Non API).
  • Responsible for ensuring that overall production meets legal requirements and pharmacy regulatory guidelines.
  • Staff Training for departmental documentation.
  • Staff training for plant protocols.
  • Stay up-to date and follow up schedule with all training material and activities.
  • Supervised ampoules/vials washing, filling, autoclave, optical inspection and packing timely.
  • Supervises machine operators, line supervisors, production workers during production
  • Supervision and documentations of  tablet section e.g. Dispensing, Granulation, Compression, Coating, Blistering and Packing. 
  • Supervision and reporting of all Sections of production departments.
  • Supervision of stock checking at receiving.
  • Supervision of stock dispensing.
  • Supports internal audit plan by executing self-inspection and following up on action plans.
  • Takes decision about where engaging work force in absence of work.
  • Time to time assigned tasks by the management.
  • To check all manufacturing operations throughout the production.
  • To ensure safety measures and procedures are followed to reduce unexpected incidents. 
  • To ensure the good manufacturing practices during the product manufacturing. 
  • To ensure the Manufacturing procedures according to industry policies. 
  • To ensure the quality of products according to SOPs. 
  • To maintain documentation related to batch manufacturing of oral liquid and Capsule section.

  • Validation of HVAC system, process validation, equipments validation.
  • Whole supervision of production department. 
  • Working as a pharmacist independently in production, dispensing Department.
  • Working on new products with RnD department.
  • Writing SOPs, makes decision for SOPS revision and daily practicing for SMP.
