1.1 It is established to provide a system to cleaning and operation for Hot air sterilizer thermostatically controlled.

6 PROCEDURE

6.1 Startup & Operation

6.1.1 Put “ON” the power supply.

6.1.2 Put “ON” the Electric Heater.

6.1.3 Set the thermostat switch on required temperature of 180°C.

6.1.4 Load the vial containers in the chamber and close the door.

6.1.5 Keep the vials in sterilizer for one hour.

6.1.6 After the completion of sterilization, take out the vials from the door of sterilizer in sterile area.

6.2 Stop Over

6.2.1 Put “OFF” the sterilizer.

6.2.2 Put “OFF” the power supply.

6.3 Precaution

6.3.1 Always wear protective gear while operating the sterilizer.
