SOP For cleaning of lighting and fixtures is described in this post which you can follow in the section of the General Industry SOP.
OBJECTIVE
To lay down the procedure for cleaning of Lighting and Fixtures.
SCOPE
This SOP shall be applicable for cleaning of lighting fixtures of General corridors, Production, Dispensing, Sampling and Quality Control areas.

Head of all departments
PROCEDURE
Ensure that the equipment and products are covered properly.
Place a ladder in proper position.
Switch OFF the power supply of lighting fixture.
Use a lint-free cloth to clean the fixture.
Remove the acrylic cover and wipe it thoroughly.
Clean the reflectors and fixtures internally.
Fix back the acrylic cover in position.
Ensure that all the screws are in position and no gaps are seen.
Switch ON the power supply and check the functioning of the lights.
Enter the details in lighting fixtures cleaning record.
Place the ladder back to an appropriate location.
Ensure that the work area is clean after work is completed.
Frequency for cleaning of lighting fixtures of production, sampling and dispensing areas shall be once in three months.
Frequency: Once in six months.
