1 PURPOSE
1.1 To describe procedures for operation of high efficiency intelligent coating machine(BGW)
2 SCOPE
2.1 It is applicable for operation of high efficiency intelligent coating machine(BGW)
3 RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 It is responsibility of Operator to follow this SOP as written, review and update as necessary
3.2 It is responsibility of the Production Manager to make certain that this SOP is followed in its entirety
3.3 It is responsibility of the Production Pharmacist to make certain that this SOP is followed in its entirety
4 PRECAUTIONS
4.1 Please check the standard certificate of quality, operation instruction, packing list and check the installed cartons after opening the cartons, check if damaging parts & losing parts during the transportation of machinery.
4.2 Carefully check & read the operation instruction of products before installing.
4.3 Clean & clear the parts’ impurity before installing.
4.4 The installing grounding for equipments should be basic even, and can bear the certain loading capability, Refer to the main technical parameter for appearance size of complete set system and weight.
4.5 When installing, measure the each direction with sensitive aligner, and adjust the bottom foot bolt, keep the accuracy level to main body, air heater and exhauster, each bottom foot should keep the balance.
4.6 When installing the machine, refer to general diagram to connect pipe with power supper.
4.7 Check to general power supply of circuit if less the phase, loose & release in contact before opening the power supply.
4.8 Check whether the earth screw is at good condition (see picture 7).
5 PROCEDURE:
5.1 Open the power supply, and close the air switch of strong electrical cupboard. After then, close the power supply, the indicating lamp will be opened, if press the staring button on the panel, the staring lamp will be opened, if touching the KD, then enter into the screen picture.
5.2 Indicating for picture: manual operation, operating for thin film, operating for coating torch, operating for air valve, automatic discharge, operation instruction, system installation etc.
5.3 If touching lightly the picture key of “manual operation”, it will be indicated (Neglect). The picture is the control key of manual operation, the parameter will indicate the composition, users can finish the whole manual coating procedure through operating the picture.
5.4 Spraying key “ON” “OFF”: if press “ON” with manual control, the pointer will point the “ON”, and the spraying system will be started to work; if press the “OFF”, the pointer will point “OFF”, the spraying will be stopped.
5.5 Main body “ON” “OFF”; if press the “ON”, the drum of main body will turn; IF press the “OFF”; if press the “ON”, the drum of main body will turn; If PRESS THE “OFF”, the drum of main body will stop rotating.
5.6 Inlet temperature: Indicate the inlet temperature of main body, and the “set temperature” key control the temperature.
5.7 Spraying “ON” “OFF”: if manual control press the “ON”, the spraying system will start to work: if press the “OFF”, the spraying will stop. If press the little block of left upper angle, when it won’t indicate the shadow, if is meaning that this key of present function can execute the functions of control, when it indicate white block, the key function of present control is failure, other same key is also similar to that key of present function.
5.8 Main body “ON” “OFF”: if press the “ON”, the drum of main body will turn; if press the “OFF”, the drum of main body will stop turning.
5.9 Hot air “Hot air “ON” “OFF”; if press the “ON”, the centrifugal blower of hot air cupboard will begin to work, and carry the hot air; If press “OFF”, hot blower will stop carrying. The machine will only control the turning & stopping of centrifugal blower, the temperature can be controlled by setting functions.
5.10 Exhaust “ON” “OFF”: If press the “ON”, the exhaust cupboard will begin to work, and exhaust the moisture from the working zone, keep the negative pressure, if press the “OFF”, the exhauster will stop working. After opened the exhauster, automatic system of negative pressure can execute its functions. After closed, automatic system of negative pressure can’t execute its functions (in the state of automation): in the manual operation, automatic system of negative pressure can’t execute its functions to the negative pressure adjustment.
5.11 The temperature “ON” “OFF”: If manual control press “ON”, the temperature system begins to work, if press the “OFF”, the temperature control system will stop working.
5.12 Main body (RPMP) : If indicating the present rotating speed of drum, users can press the “+” key can quicken the rotating speed, press the “-“key,
5.13 Reduce the rotating speed.
5.14 If pressing the “back” key, it can return to the main screen picture.
5.15 If touching lightly to move, main body can reverse and automatic discharge, if press the “stop”, main body will stop turning.
5.16 Adjusting for rotating speed: press the “+”, main body can reverse & quicken to rotate, press the key “—“, main body reduce speed.
5.17 Press the key “back”, and return to the main picture.
