To
lay down the operating procedure of Stability chamber 30oC/65% RH.
2.0 SCOPE:
This
shall be applicable to the Stability chamber 30oC/65% RH of Quality
Control Instrument Laboratory.
3.0 RESPONSIBILITY:

5.0 MATERIAL AND
EQUIPMENT:
5.1
Stability chamber
30oC/65% RH.
6.0 PROCEDURE:
6.1
Operating
procedure:
6.1.1
Put the power plug
in the socket and switch it “ON”.
6.1.2
Confirm the “ON” position
of apparatus by red light indication after switching on the apparatus.
6.1.3
Press set to enter
setting mode.
6.1.4
Adjust temperature
by pressing plus or minus key according to requirement.
6.1.5
After setting
temperature press set key and leave the stability chamber to attain required
temperature.
6.1.6
Adjust humidity to
required value by rotating humidity control knob and leave the stability
chamber to attain required value of humidity.
6.1.7
After attaining
required temperature and humidity use the stability chamber.
6.2
Shut
down:
6.2.1
Remain the
stability chamber in operational position but when shut down occur consider the
following points.
6.2.2
Switch off at the
stability chamber and from the main supply.
6.2.3
Clean well
internally and externally according to the SOP No. BM/QCEC/SOP023-00.
6.2.4
Close the door.
6.3
Precautions:
6.3.1
Avoid direct
contact with surface during operation.
6.3.2
Door of stability
chamber should be tightly closed.
6.3.3
Check level of
water in water reservoir for creating humidity.
