lay down the procedure of Sodium
Hydrogen Carbonate Solution for Laboratory use.
2.0 SCOPE:
This
shall be applicable to the Quality Control Laboratory.

5.0 MATERIAL AND
EQUIPMENT:
5.1
Glassware (one 1000.0ml
beaker, one stirrer, one pipette).
5.2
Magnetic stirrer.
5.3
42.0g of Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate.
5.4
Purified water
q.s.
6.0 PROCEDURE:
6.1
Accurately weigh 42.0g
of Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate,
by using weighing balance.
6.2
Take a beaker of 1000.0ml.
6.3
Add 42.0g of Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate in it.
6.4
Add sufficient
quantity of purified water, by using magnetic stirrer.
6.5
And make up the final volume up to 1000.0ml with purified
water.
