Firstly weigh 0.02g
of copper acetate by using analytical weighing balance operate according to
SOP.
6.2
Prepare 0.02g/10ml
solution of copper acetate R separately in beaker (i.e. equivalent to 20g/l
solution of copper acetate).
6.3
In another beaker
prepare 0.1M sodium edetate.
6.4
Take 50.0ml of
beaker and mix 2.0ml of a 0.02g/10ml solution of copper acetate R add 2.0ml of
0.1M sodium edetate.
6.5
Mix it by using
magnetic stirrer.
6.6
And dilute it to 50.0ml
with purified water R.
