5.0 MATERIAL AND
EQUIPMENT:
5.1
Glassware (one 50.0ml
beaker, one stirrer, one 10.0ml pipette).
5.2
Analytical
weighing balance.
5.3
50.0mg of Ascorbic acid.
5.4
0.5ml of Purified
water.
5.5
Dimethylformamide
(q.s).
6.0 PROCEDURE:
6.1
Take a beaker of 50.0ml.
6.2
Weigh 50.0mg of
ascorbic acid, operate analytical weighing balance according to SOP.
(50.0mg=0.05g)
6.3
Add 50.0mg of the
ascorbic acid in beaker and add 0.5ml of purified water with the help of
pipette.
6.4
Dissolve it by
using stirrer.
6.5
And dilute it to
50.0ml with Dimethylformamide.
